DRAWING CONNECTIONS PROCESS
With all the challenges that organizations are facing today, new and creative ways of working and learning together are needed. To address this need, I have created a new and unique visual - art based method for designing a community of practice framework through the DRAWING CONNECTIONS PROCESS.
Working in direct collaboration with organizational stakeholders, the DRAWING CONNECTIONS PROCESS begins with a complimentary two - hour consultation. This consultation will provide an understanding of the issues and / or concerns facing an organization as it pertains to how people work and learn together. This consultation will also provide organizational stakeholders with the opportunity to determine the process format that works best for everyone. The identified organizational issues and process format will also inform the type of customized creative process and design thinking exercises that will be utilized in the three components found in the DRAWING CONNECTIONS PROCESS. The three components;Visual Knowing, Visual Connections and Visual Effects each serves a unique function in the development and creation of the community of practice unique to each organization.
